Today’s kibbutz is kibbutz Tirat Tzvi, located near bet shean in the north. It was built it 1937.  It was named after Rabbi Tzvi Hirsh Kalisher, one of the forerunners of Zionism.  Some of the services available at the kibbutz are: dining room, laundry, hairdresser, cosmetician, garage, carpentry and metal shops, nurseries and kindergartens, infirmary, dental clinic, physiotherapy, alternative medicine, mini-market.
