מקובל לחשוב ש"תורה ועבודה" זה להיות בסדר עם כולם, קצת מכל דבר וגשר מצוין בין שכבות הציבור, מתוך כך מתפספס הרעיון המרכזי של הסיסמא.

מטרת הפעולה:

החניך ילמד ש"תורה ועבודה" איננה שילוב בין השניים, אלא דרך חיים של תורה שכוללת  בתוכה את כל התחומים הרעיוניים והמעשיים של החיים.

Goal:

To discuss the purpose and accomplishments of the religious kibbutzim in settlement and security during the founding of the State and since, combination of technology and halacha, and social contributions.
